Delete your account
You can delete your account and the household data in it. Deleting cannot be undone.
In the app
Open the app, go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account. The Delete account button shows once you are signed in.
On the web
No access to the app? Sign in with the Google account you used, check what will be deleted, and confirm. We show you each household first and ask you to type its name before we erase it.
Good to know
- Export your data from the app first if you want a copy. Export is free on every plan.
- Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. Cancel it inGoogle Play subscriptions.
- We do not keep your email, so we cannot match a request to a Google account you can no longer sign in to. Uninstalling the app removes the data on your phone.
